almost got duped agin

I can't believe it, talked to this so called attorney just now. Said it was going to cost me @2450.00 to take on the case. But in talking with him it was clear he did not even think I had a case. I asked him if I would get my money back if nothing was done. He said NO, my loss.
Don't be stupid people, just deal with outside sources other than this.
I had told him I was duped in to this interest only loan years ago. Towards the end of our conversation today this so called attorney used that against me when I said I don't know why I would have them do this if he felt there wasn't much of a case, and his comment was, "well, look you did that loan before that that guy [bank]talked you in to." So, in other words I would be stupid again and get talked in to this! I was shocked, he knew he would take my money and there was no case, jerk.
